Pigment Ratio Options:
1 pint per 1 gallon: Use 1 pint of U-Tint pigment per 1 gallon of epoxy resin for a high concentration of color.
1 pint per 1.5 gallons: Use 1 pint of U-Tint per 1.5 gallons of resin for a medium concentration.
1 pint per 3 gallons: Use 1 pint of U-Tint for every 3 gallons of resin for a lighter concentration.
Improve Coverage by Doubling the U-Tint:
To increase coverage (or "opacity") and achieve a more solid finish, you can double the amount of U-Tint pigment. This would mean using 2 pints of U-Tint for a 3-gallon resin kit, instead of the usual 1 pint.
Example with White Pigments and Sandstone:
For a 3-gallon epoxy resin kit, if you want an opaque finish in colors like White or Sandstone, you should use 2 pints of U-Tint (instead of just 1) to ensure the color fully covers the surface and is not translucent.
Using more pigment improves opacity and provides greater color coverage, which is helpful for colors that need a solid base, such as white, for a uniform finish. However, it's important not to exceed the recommended pigment ratios, as too much pigment can interfere with the epoxy resin's curing process.

1 pint per 1, 1.5 and 3 gallon epoxy units.

Safety precautions must be strictly followed during storage, handling, and use. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. PPE will include (but is not limited to): safety glasses with side shields and high-quality nitrile gloves.

JODVANA warrants that this product is free from material defects that affect its performance for a period of one year (from the date of purchase). JODVANA will replace, free of charge, the amount of coating that JODVANA determines has not performed, as the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty and/or any other defect or failure of the coating. Proof of purchase is required. Labor costs for the application of any particular product are excluded. The warranty is void if JODVANA products are mixed or used in conjunction with materials that are substituted for JODVANA products. The warranty is not transferable.

Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and select your shipping option. Click the "Continue to Shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of our store.

If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders eligible for local delivery placed before 12 pm during our business hours of 9 am to 5 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FIXED RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using FedEx . There is no flat shipping rate for orders shipped to locations outside the local region. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
