Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 [64 oz Kit]

Surface preparation:
The concrete must be sound, clean, dry, and free of contaminants that could affect adhesion. It must have cured for at least 28 days and be sanded to an 80/100 grit metallic finish, removing any loose fragments.
For best results, use a dry scrubber with stiff brushes and then vacuum thoroughly. Do not use a wet scrubber to prevent concrete grout from clogging voids and affecting the effectiveness of Nova Polygrout NCIPG24. Ensure there is no moisture in the voids to prevent foaming.
Use non-aggressive diamond tools (50 grit) to avoid further opening the concrete.
Detachments and voids (>½”): repair with sand and Nova Polygrout NCIPG24.
Cracks (>1/8”): clean, vacuum and pre-fill with Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 before coating the floor.


Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 Application Instructions

Mix:
Mix only the amount of material that you can apply in 10-15 minutes.
Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 is mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume.
Premix or shake Part B before combining.
Ensure the mixture is homogeneous. Do not mix for more than 60 seconds, as this can accelerate catalysis and reduce working time.

Application:
Immediately pour the material onto the floor.
Spread it with a smooth metal spatula, notched trowel, rigid flat brush, or rubber window cleaner.
Go over the covered area again to make sure all gaps are completely filled.
Review carefully and go over the areas that require it again.
In some cases, a second layer may be necessary to completely fill the gaps.

Sanding and Curing:
Sand off excess Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 to remove the shine and leave a smooth surface.
Under standard conditions (75°F and 45% RH), the surface can be walked on in 20 minutes and sanded in 1 hour.
Lower temperatures and lower humidity slow down curing, while higher temperatures and higher humidity accelerate it.
Always test on a small area before sanding to ensure the material is fully cured. Attempting to remove it prematurely can leave residue on your tools and cause staining.

Performance may vary depending on floor condition, application method, surface profile and porosity.

Safety precautions must be strictly followed during storage, handling, and use. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. PPE will include (but is not limited to): safety glasses with side shields and high-quality nitrile gloves.

JODVANA warrants that this product is free from material defects that affect its performance for a period of one year (from the date of purchase). JODVANA will replace, free of charge, the amount of coating that JODVANA determines has not performed, as the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty and/or any other defect or failure of the coating. Proof of purchase is required. Labor costs for the application of any particular product are excluded. The warranty is void if JODVANA products are mixed or used in conjunction with materials that are substituted for JODVANA products. The warranty is not transferable.

If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders eligible for local delivery placed before 12 pm during our business hours of 9 am to 5 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

FIXED RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using FedEx . There is no flat shipping rate for orders shipped to locations outside the local region. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
