Surface Preparation
The concrete must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants. It must have cured for at least 28 days. Use a wire brush or diamond blade to clean cracks and damaged areas. Vacuum thoroughly to remove dust before applying Nova Instant Patch NJFIP24.

Mix
1:1 ratio (Base:Activator).
Mix each component separately before combining them.
Once together, stir for 20-30 seconds.
Only mix what you can apply in 2-3 minutes.
Dry silica sand can be added to improve the application.
Application
Pour immediately into cracks and holes.
Level with a flat spatula.
Leave to cure for 10-15 minutes.
Sand if necessary and coat if desired.
Cleaning and Disposal
Clean tools immediately with acetone or xylene (do not use alcohol). Comply with local regulations for material disposal.

Safety precautions must be strictly followed during storage, handling, and use. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. PPE will include (but is not limited to): safety glasses with side shields and high-quality nitrile gloves.

JODVANA warrants that this product is free from material defects that affect its performance for a period of one year (from the date of purchase). JODVANA will replace, free of charge, the amount of coating that JODVANA determines has not performed, as the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty and/or any other defect or failure of the coating. Proof of purchase is required. Labor costs for the application of any particular product are excluded. The warranty is void if JODVANA products are mixed or used in conjunction with materials that are substituted for JODVANA products. The warranty is not transferable.

Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and select your shipping option. Click the "Continue to Shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of our store.

If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders eligible for local delivery placed before 12 pm during our business hours of 9 am to 5 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FIXED RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using FedEx . There is no flat shipping rate for orders shipped to locations outside the local region. We currently do not ship outside the United States.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some specialized kits include free shipping due to the nature of the promotion. Estimated box prices vary depending on the number of boxes, estimated delivery time, and distance.
