La proporción de mezcla de la NR2400 es de 2 partes de Base por 1 parte de Activador por volumen. Recomendamos instalar la NR2400 sobre NP2450 para reducir la emisión de gases en pisos de concreto sin recubrimiento.

Pre-mezcle la Base a baja velocidad durante 1 minuto. Si desea pigmentar, agregue E-Tint a la Base.
Agregue la Parte B y mezcle durante tres minutos hasta obtener una mezcla uniforme.
No mezcle más material del que pueda aplicar en 10 a 15 minutos (el material comenzará a endurecerse o volverse pegajoso).
Vierta inmediatamente toda la NR2400 mezclada sobre el piso en una línea continua de aproximadamente 8 a 12 pulgadas de ancho. No raspe los lados del recipiente ni lo deje volteado para que se drene.
No intente extender el material directamente desde el cubo o una bandeja de rodillo.
Usando zapatos con púas, distribuya uniformemente de 10 a 30 milésimas de pulgada (mils) empujando una llana dentada de 1/8" a lo largo de la línea de material. Solape las pasadas anteriores para asegurar una cobertura consistente. Empuje la llana en ángulo para desplazar el material sobrante hacia los lados, avanzando por el piso. Luego, utilizando un rodillo de 3/8" sin desprendimiento de fibras, pase el rodillo uniformemente sobre las pasadas de la llana para minimizar líneas de aplicación y dejar una capa uniforme. No pase el rodillo después de que el material comience a ponerse pegajoso, ya que el epóxico no se nivelará y el color puede variar.

JODVANA will replace, free of charge, the amount of coating that JODVANA determines has not performed, as the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty and/or any other defect or failure of the coating. Proof of purchase is required. Labor costs for the application of any particular product are excluded. The warranty is void if JODVANA products are mixed or used in conjunction with materials that are substituted for JODVANA products. The warranty is not transferable.

If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders eligible for local delivery placed before 12 pm during our business hours of 9 am to 5 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

FIXED RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using FedEx . There is no flat shipping rate for orders shipped to locations outside the local region. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
