Preparación dela superficie:
El concreto debe estar sólido, limpio, seco y libre de contaminantes que afecten la adhesión. Debe tener al menos 28 días de curado y lijarse hasta un acabado metálico de 80/100, eliminando fragmentos sueltos.
Para mejores resultados, use una fregadora en seco con cepillos rígidos y luego aspire completamente. No use fregadora húmeda para evitar que la lechada de concreto obstruya los vacíos y afecte la efectividad de Nova Polygrout NCIPG24. Asegúrese de que no haya humedad en los vacíos para evitar formación de espuma.
Use herramientas de diamante poco agresivas (50 granos) para evitar abrir más el concreto.
Desprendimientos y vacíos (>½”): reparar con arena y Nova Polygrout NCIPG24.
Grietas (>1/8”): limpiar, aspirar y prellenar con Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 antes de recubrir el piso.


Instrucciones de Aplicación de Nova Polygrout NCIPG24

Mezcla:
Mezcle solo la cantidad de material que pueda aplicar en 10-15 minutos.
Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 se mezcla en una proporción 1:1 por volumen.
Premezcle o agite la Parte B antes de combinar.
Asegúrese de que la mezcla sea homogénea. No mezcle por más de 60 segundos, ya que esto puede acelerar la catalización y reducir el tiempo de trabajo.

Aplicación:
Vierta inmediatamente el material sobre el piso.
Extiéndalo con una espátula de metal lisa, llana dentada, escobilla plana rígida o limpiavidrios de goma.
Pase nuevamente sobre el área cubierta para asegurarse de que todos los vacíos estén completamente rellenados.
Revise detalladamente y vuelva a pasar sobre las zonas que lo requieran.
En algunos casos, puede ser necesaria una segunda capa para rellenar completamente los vacíos.

Lijado y Curado:
Lije el exceso de Nova Polygrout NCIPG24 para eliminar el brillo y dejar una superficie lisa.
En condiciones estándar (75°F y 45% HR), se puede caminar sobre la superficie en 20 minutos y lijar en 1 hora.
Temperaturas más bajas y menor humedad ralentizan el curado, mientras que temperaturas más altas y mayor humedad lo aceleran.
Siempre pruebe en un área pequeña antes de lijar para asegurarse de que el material esté completamente curado. Intentar removerlo antes de tiempo puede generar residuos en las herramientas y causar manchas.

Proof of purchase is required. Labor costs for the application of any particular product are excluded. The warranty is void if JODVANA products are mixed or used in conjunction with materials that are substituted for JODVANA products. The warranty is not transferable.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and select your shipping option. Click the "Continue to Shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of our store.

If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders eligible for local delivery placed before 12 pm during our business hours of 9 am to 5 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FIXED RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using FedEx . There is no flat shipping rate for orders shipped to locations outside the local region. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
